Feeling tired after challenging day, I thought of completing this project part named Amal Totkay. I find that these tips are really amazing and inspiring, I am feeling a lot of positive energy in me after reading them.

When I looked back in my past, I found out that I have applied these one of these many times in my life, not consistently, and they produces great results. At that time, I was unaware of them but somehow used them. Like when self talk can change your mindset completely and it really does.

My favorite tip is “fake it, until you make it.” When you act in some new way even if you have not adopt that, changed your attitude completely and takes you closer to your goal. I have experimented it quite a few times in my life and it works every time.

I have already starting implementing tip 3 i.e. “Create new habits”. I am hoping that I will really help in spending my time in better activities.

I can take some quick measures to develop growth mindset like do self talk and complete my assignments which are due because I am considering incompetent to do them, I can take help from my near ones to tell me my faults and I can quickly work on them, I can start living like I have achieved what I want to.
