One of my personal goal is to gain to some good weight and body muscles as I am quite slim so my goal is quite relevant and specific. I am planning to complete it in next 4 months.
I have been listening from my parents that I should focus over my physical health and now realizes that its the best time to do it as I am taking online university classes and find a lot of free time in the evening.
I have already started working over it and it is quite tough actually. I have tough routine in which I have to wakeup early and take morning diet like yogurt and all that stuff. Then Lunch with proper diet plan and then workout which is as important as diet in gaining muscles. That 1 hour of workout is quite tough but I have to do it to accomplish my goal.
